Hydrovac Excavation
When excavation needs to be done around existing utilities, hydrovac excavation is used to expose lines and remove soil in a controlled way. Using pressurized water and a powerful vacuum, this method helps reduce the risk of damage and supports safer, more accurate digging across a wide range of projects.

Before utilities can be installed, Randy Carter Construction will conduct a process of identifying and marking underground utility lines, pipes, and cables for businesses, hospitals, schools, manufacturing plants, prison facilities, state and federal government facilities, and homeowners.

Before cutting or drilling into concrete, Randy Carter Construction’s concrete scanning helps locate embedded materials within the slab. Using GPR, electromagnetic induction, and concrete X-ray scanning, we help identify rebar, conduit, and other obstructions to help prevent costly mistakes.
