Breaking Ground and Digging Deep for
Underground Utility Solutions.
01
Directional Boring
When your residential, commercial or industrial space needs utility services, Randy Carter Construction will conduct horizontal directional drilling services for underground utility installation projects.
Our team uses state of the art horizontal drilling machines to install up to 24” pipes for electrical conduits, water, sewer, communications, gas, and energy efficient utility projects all across Arkansas.
02
Hydrovac Excavation
When excavation needs to be done around existing utilities, hydrovac excavation is used to expose lines and remove soil in a controlled way. Using pressurized water and a powerful vacuum, this method helps reduce the risk of damage and supports safer, more accurate digging across a wide range of projects.
03
Utility Locating
Before utilities can be installed, Randy Carter Construction will conduct a process of identifying and marking underground utility lines, pipes, and cables for businesses, hospitals, schools, manufacturing plants, prison facilities, state and federal government facilities, and homeowners.
04
Utility Excavating
When it’s time to repair, upgrade, or install utilities, Randy Cart Construction will dig trenches for water pipes, gas lines, electrical cables, and more.
05
Concrete Scanning
Before cutting or drilling into concrete, Randy Carter Construction’s concrete scanning helps locate embedded materials within the slab. Using GPR, electromagnetic induction, and concrete X-ray scanning, we help identify rebar, conduit, and other obstructions to help prevent costly mistakes.

Schedule Your Project
Every project follows a structured process to ensure efficiency and safety. It begins with site inspection, followed by utility locating to identify underground infrastructure. Planning outlines timelines, permits, and logistics before installation begins. After completion, a final inspection ensures quality and compliance.
Timelines vary depending on project size and conditions, while permits are typically coordinated during planning. Proper site preparation ensures safe and efficient execution from start to finish.
