SAFETY POLICY
RCC believes that safety is the right of each and every person they come in contact with – clients, employees and the general public. We believe that the prevention of accidents and injuries takes precedence over expedience.
In the conduct of daily business, every attempt is made to provide a safe environment. In order to achieve this goal, RCC mandates safety training for all employees – both new hires and current employees – on a continual basis. Safety awareness is delivered through both regular safety and job site or tailgate meetings. RCC also provides safety education and certification classes including: OSHA 10/30 hour construction, trenching/shoring excavations, competent person, confined space entry and operation qualification.
